Steps and methods of wastewater treatment

Author: admin Release Date: 2020-08-26 Qr code sharing

步骤:

1, the waste water first through the grid, screen after the flow to the flocculation sedimentation tank, in order to make the treatment effect is good, in the flocculation sedimentation tank to add coagulant, so that the treatment effect of suspended matter in the wastewater is better, coagulation dosing also plays a role in regulating the wastewater. The wastewater after flocculation and precipitation flows into the pre-aeration regulating tank。

2. Air is injected into the aeration regulation tank to play the role of pre-aeration regulation. The uniformly regulated wastewater is pumped to the primary floating fill biochemical tank。

3. The aerator head with high oxygen filling efficiency is installed in the biochemical tank, and the floating filler is loaded. Practice has proved that the technology has high removal efficiency for COD and BOD.The wastewater in the primary floating fill biochemical pond flows into the secondary floating fill biochemical pond, and the method used in the two ponds is the same。

4. The water of the secondary floating filler biochemical tank flows into the inclined plate sedimentation tank. The addition of polypropylene honeycomb inclined pipe in the pool can greatly improve the settling efficiency, and the hydraulic load is high, the residence time is short, and the floor area is small。

5. The sedimentation sludge of the coagulation sedimentation tank and the inclined plate sedimentation tank is discharged into the sludge thickening tank, and then dehydrated by the sludge dewatering machinery。

6. The water discharged from the inclined plate sedimentation tank flows into the clear pool and is discharged after detection。

Sewage treatment flow chart

Treatment method:

1, according to the function: sewage treatment according to its role can be divided into physical method, biological method and chemical method three。

(1) Physical method: The main use of physical action to separate insoluble substances in sewage, in the treatment process does not change the chemical properties。Commonly used are gravity separation, centrifugal separation, reverse osmosis, air flotation and so on。The physical method is simple and economical to treat structures, which is used for the situation of large water capacity, strong self-purification ability and low requirement of sewage treatment degree in villages and towns。

(2) Biological method: Using the metabolic function of microorganisms, the organic matter dissolved or colloidal in the sewage is decomposed and oxidized into stable inorganic substances, so that the sewage is purified。Activated sludge method and biofilm method are commonly used。The degree of treatment by biological method is higher than that by physical method。

(3) Chemical method: It is a method of using chemical reaction to treat or recover dissolved substances or colloidal substances of sewage, mostly used in industrial wastewater。Commonly used are coagulation method, neutralization method, REDOX method, ion exchange method, etc。The chemical treatment method has good treatment effect and high cost, and is mostly used as the effluent after biochemical treatment for further treatment to improve the effluent quality。

2, according to the degree of treatment: sewage treatment according to the degree of treatment can be divided into primary treatment, secondary treatment and tertiary treatment。

(1) Primary treatment is mainly to remove solid substances in the suspended state of sewage, and physical methods are commonly used。

(2) The main task of secondary treatment is to substantially remove colloidal and dissolved organic matter in sewage, and the BOD removal rate is 80% to 90%。

(3) The purpose of tertiary treatment is to further remove a special pollutant, such as fluorine removal, phosphorus removal, etc., which is an advanced treatment and commonly used chemical method。
